Northern Planning & Design started with a simple goal: to deliver practical design solutions to residential and commercial customers using the skills gained during my career as a Building Surveyor.

During my career, I have worked in a wide variety of roles and projects, from historic stone cottages in the Yorkshire Dales, to accessible toilets at railway stations. All require a good working knowledge of construction and building techniques. My past experience is split roughly 50/50 between residential and commercial projects.
